Top of the list, a talented lead Electrical Design Engineer. This position could be moulded to fit an ambitious Senior Engineer, or someone already operating at Principal/Associate grade. The current operating level is seen as less important than finding and attracting the right person with the required attributes, these include:

To be considered for this role you must have a proven history of performing design duties to the very highest standards, either in an M&E Consulting Engineering or M&E Design and Build Contracting environment. Relevant engineering qualifications would be expected to back up that experience, along with the ability to work under your own initiative and provide a flexible and engaging client facing service.
