Born out of arguably Leeds most successful MEP Design Partnership, representing a new direction for a number of the Directors post company sale, this ambitious practice enjoys year on year growth and has plenty to be excited about moving forward.
Based south of the city centre on a business park that provides ample free parking, the company is heavily involved with live schemes for contractors, developers and end users across a wide spectrum of sectors. Supporting natural organic and planned growth is absolutely key to continued success, with strategic recruitment at the forefront of the Directors expansion strategy. Typically specialist Building Physics modelling projects have been outsourced, however it is hoped all design services can be brought inhouse to ensure greater financial control and synergy of live schemes. With this in mind, a Senior Building Physics Engineer is required to kick start a new team and work closely with MEP Design Engineers and Sustainability professionals to coordinate activities.
