Location: Warrington | Hybrid Working
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on the experience)
Sector: Building Services Design
Employment type: Permanent, Full-time
Our client is a growing building services consultancy that’s quietly building an excellent reputation for high-quality, design-led MEP work. As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking to bring a Revit Technician into their Warrington team to support a busy and varied project pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being genuinely involved in the design process, not just producing drawings, but helping shape how projects are delivered.
The Role
You’ll sit at the heart of the MEP design team, supporting mechanical and electrical engineers by producing accurate, coordinated Revit models and technical information.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing and developing MEP models in Revit across multiple project stages
- Coordinating services layouts with internal teams and external consultants
- Supporting BIM standards, model management and data accuracy
- Assisting with clash detection and resolving coordination issues
- Contributing to drawing packages for design and construction phases
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience using Revit for building services (MEP) projects
- A good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical services layouts
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and other disciplines
- Strong attention to detail and pride in well-structured models
- Previous consultancy or contractor design office experience preferred
Why This Consultancy Is Different
- Design quality genuinely matters here; models are used as a design tool, not just a box-ticking exercise
- You’ll work closely with engineers who value technician input and collaboration
- A stable, well-structured team with low staff turnover and clear workflows
- Exposure to a broad mix of technically interesting projects rather than repetitive “production only” work
- Real progression opportunities for technicians who want to deepen their BIM or MEP knowledge
What’s on Offer
- Competitive salary depending on experience
- Hybrid working and flexible hours
- Supportive, professional environment with long-term career prospects
- Modern systems, sensible project programmes, and a team that enjoys what they do
