Preconstruction and design services is manged through a mixture of inhouse expertise, coupled with a strong framework of MEP Consultants who support major projects. With the aspiration to keep an even higher percentage of MEP design projects inhouse moving forward, the business continues to invest in enhancing the team whenever possible. The appointment of two positions is seen as key moving into 2025:
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
MEP Revit Technician
The MEP Revit Technician will be expected to take responsibility for a wide variety of MEP modelling projects across numerous sectors, working across the group to support both minor and major project teams. Working in collaboration with design, commercial and operational specialists, the successful applicant can look forward to working in a dynamic environment alongside some of the finest building services professionals in the Yorkshire region. Current and future projects include commercial, education, health care, leisure and retail, providing a varied and challenging portfolio of work.
