With the demand for MEP design services ever increasing, the business is looking to make 2 key mechanical hires within the Design Team:
1 x Design Manager
1 x Mechanical Design Engineer (Intermediate or Senior Engineer level)
The appointment of a Design Manager will bring additional structure and managerial oversight to a growing talented team. This hands-on position will require a technically competent and commercially astute Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience delivering HVAC design schemes to time and cost. Whilst retail experience would of course be attractive, consideration would be given to those with a proven history of project delivery gained within other construction sectors.
Applications are invited from energetic, confident, client facing Mechanical Building Services Design Engineers who have gained the necessary exposure and skills to drive the team to its goals. This could have been gained in a traditional M&E Consultancy, M&E Design and Build Contractor, Public Sector Estates Department or End User environment, however a successful track record must be demonstrated to take on a role of such significance.
